John Deshane grew up involved in his family's home-building
business in New York. Upon graduating from Syracuse University,
John began incorporating his many years of project management
experience in building homes into the process of real estate
transactions. At one point, his scope of management work extended
to the resort setting of Lake Tahoe, where he completed a lake house
project for a world-recognized personality. Because of his experience
